If you are interested in scheduling a speech or feeding evaluation for your child with a speech therapist, here are the recommended steps:

1. You may click here to schedule a consultation call or fill out a contact form on our website. We will briefly discuss your child’s medical history, your main concerns, and your child’s needs for services. We can answer your questions and always appreciate the opportunity to speak with you directly about services, scheduling, and working with insurance.

2. Once we have received your information, we will create a chart and send you the required intake forms via our Client Portal.

3. Upon receipt of the completed intake forms, we will call you to schedule an evaluation appointment.

Please note that waiting times vary depending on the year and number of requests we have when your evaluation request is received. We do our best to schedule as quickly as possible, and can place your child’s name on a waitlist to be scheduled sooner in the case of any cancellations.
